This NMD 43ft race yacht, is a proven winner and a brilliant example of how to prepare and optimize a race boat for both offshore and inshore racing.
The boat has been on an exciting journey since launching in 2017 and has conquered all the major 600-mile, iconic events on the calendar during this time, most recently winning her class at the Caribbean 600 in 2025.
She is a well configured boat and has an ability to adapt to the style and type of racing you have planned for your local conditions. Fitted with the fin keel, she is a forgiving boat to helm, yet with a light displacement that really offers a get up and go feel.
Available after the 2025 Admirals Cup and of course she is already undergoing further optimization work in preparation for the event.
Layout
Albator is an IRC race boat, designed and further optimized by Bernard Nivelt and Alexis Muratet from the NMD design office.
She was launched in 2017. with great success during her career after several 1st places and podiums at Fastnet Race, Middle Sea Race, RORC 600 and Caribbean 600, proving all her potential and reliability in both inshore and offshore events.
