Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 37.1 ‘Flot-Flot’ – 1995 – Flying the French flag

A magnificent Sun Odyssey 37.1, exceptionally well-equipped and prepared for long-distance cruising and round-the-world voyages. This 1995 yacht has been regularly maintained and has undergone extensive recent work, including a professional engine refit carried out in 2020, the replacement of the standing rigging and the genoa furler in 2022, as well as several significant upgrades carried out between 2024 and 2026.

48 CV Yanmar 4JH2E engine, professionally overhauled in 2020 and most recently serviced in June 2026. Cutlass bearing replaced in 2025.

The boat is fully equipped for offshore sailing: 30 L/h watermaker, solar panels, 400 W SilentWind wind turbine with new blades fitted in 2025, 1000 W pure sine wave inverter, lithium batteries, Raymarine instruments, AIS, Furuno radar, GPS, Navtex, Icom BLU with Pactor modem, fixed and portable VHF, autopilot and radar reflector.

In terms of comfort, it offers 3 cabins and 2 bathrooms, a galley with a 2-ring hob and oven, a Waeco fridge, a 220 V water heater and engine heat exchanger, a Refleks stove, a smart TV, an audio system and 220 V sockets in the cabins.

The hull is Kevlar-reinforced. The underwater hull was fully sandblasted and treated with epoxy in 2021. All through-hull fittings and valves were replaced in 2020. The cockpit was fitted with a new Creadek synthetic covering in 2024, with a new bimini and sprayhood fitted in 2025.

The standing rigging and genoa furler were completely replaced in 2022. The mainsheet is a 2016 Europ’Sails furling mainsail and the genoa is a 2017 Europ’Sails furling genoa, both of which have seen very little use and are in excellent condition. Asymmetric spinnaker, staysail on flying forestay and spinnaker pole.

For anchoring and life at sea: a Goiot 1000 W windlass, 60 m of grade 70 galvanised chain from 2020, a 30 m mooring line, spare anchors, a 2021 AD 260 Aero dinghy with a 3.3 CV Mercury engine and a deck shower.

Full offshore safety equipment including a 2023 Plastimo Transocean 6-person liferaft (serviced in April 2026), a brand-new OceanSignal EPIRB3 from May 2026, and offshore safety equipment for voyages of over 60 nautical miles.

A particularly well-equipped, reliable and ready-to-sail yacht, benefiting from numerous recent upgrades and investments, ideal for a long-distance cruising project, offshore sailing or a round-the-world trip.

Magnifique Sun Odyssey 37.1 particulièrement bien équipé et préparé pour la grande croisière et le tour du monde. Ce voilier de 1995 bénéficie d’un entretien suivi et de nombreux travaux récents, avec notamment un refit moteur professionnel réalisé en 2020, le remplacement du gréement dormant et de l’enrouleur de génois en 2022, ainsi que plusieurs améliorations importantes réalisées entre 2024 et 2026.

Moteur Yanmar 4JH2E de 48 CV, refait professionnellement en 2020 et dernièrement révisé en juin 2026. Presse-étoupe remplacé en 2025.

Le bateau dispose d’un équipement complet pour la navigation hauturière : dessalinisateur 30 L/h, panneaux solaires, éolienne SilentWind 400 W avec pales neuves de 2025, convertisseur 1000 W pur sinus, batteries lithium, instrumentation Raymarine, AIS, radar Furuno, GPS, Navtex, BLU Icom avec modem Pactor, VHF fixe et portable, pilote automatique et réflecteur radar.

Côté confort, il offre 3 cabines et 2 salles de bain, une cuisine avec 2 feux et four, réfrigérateur Waeco, chauffe-eau sur 220 V et échangeur moteur, poêle Refleks, TV connectée, installation audio et prises 220 V dans les cabines.

La coque est renforcée Kevlar. Les œuvres vives ont été entièrement sablées et traitées à l’époxy en 2021. Tous les passe-coques et vannes ont été remplacés en 2020. Le cockpit a reçu un revêtement synthétique Creadek neuf en 2024, avec bimini et capote neufs en 2025.

Le gréement dormant et l’enrouleur de génois ont été entièrement remplacés en 2022. Grand-voile sur enrouleur Europ’Sails de 2016 et génois sur enrouleur Europ’Sails de 2017, tous deux très peu servis et en excellent état. Spi asymétrique, trinquette sur étai volant et tangon.

Pour le mouillage et la vie au large : guindeau Goiot 1000 W, 60 m de chaîne galvanisée grade 70 de 2020, cablot de 30 m, ancres supplémentaires, annexe AD 260 Aero de 2021 avec moteur Mercury 3,3 CV et douchette de pont.

Équipement de sécurité hauturier complet avec radeau Plastimo Transocean 6 personnes de 2023 révisé en avril 2026, balise EPIRB OceanSignal EPIRB3 neuve de mai 2026, et armement hauturier > 60 MN.

Un voilier particulièrement complet, fiable et prêt à partir, bénéficiant de nombreux équipements et investissements récents, idéal pour un projet de grande croisière, de navigation hauturière ou de tour du monde.
