We found Ancasta, Leo, Rupert and the team at Port Solent office, incredibly helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. This was our first boat and we uncertain about the process, with their help it was simple, any questions we had, and we had a lot, were answered quickly.Collection of the boat was made simple, all paperwork was provided and importantly, explained to us, the boat was inspected, Leo’s knowledge of the operation and explanations of this boat were helpful and for myself a must.The bottle of champagne he brought for us was so appreciated, this together with the assurance that we could still contact Ancasta for any help / advice after we sailed was away, again very reassuring.With our thanks to Ancasta.

We are pleased and impressed that Ancasta is still prepared to support Hawkeye, as she is now 13 years old. Not many yacht manufacturers, or their dealers, would still provide such help to owners after so long.

Thanks to the whole Ancasta Team and those at Ancasta Yacht Services for the very high standard of prep for the handover of our new Beneteau Oceanis 51.1, especially Paul Butler and Chris Date who looked after the commissioning. The boat looks amazing and sails like a dream; so happy with how we specified the rig and interior.

We have just completed on the purchase of a yacht sold through Ancasta Port Solent. From the beginning Oliver was excellent. He kept in touch throughout the process and made the whole experience stress free and above all enjoyable.

Happy New Year, with greetings from Guadeloupe! It has been amazing here - my first visit to French West Indies has left a very positive impression!  We are heading up to Antigua over the next few days. May I just take this opportunity to say that our new after-sales executive, Kevin Ashworth, is doing a really great job! I just wanted to say how much I am enjoying my Oceanis Yacht 62, Premier Cru. It is the perfect boat for the type of sailing that I like to do. I have been cruising the NSW and Queensland coast and locally around Port Stephens for the last 3 years and loving it. I have since changed the boom to a Hall Spars (NZ) carbon fibre furling boom which makes it very easy to sail single handed and added a Code Zero with a furler. I also had fitted a Dockmate controller which handles the thrusters, forward and reverse and anchor winch so very easy to dock on my own if need be. Mary and I often talk about the wonderful experience that we had in taking delivery of the yacht in Hamble and the fantastic service that your team gave us, truly a pleasure to deal with the whole time we were there. We placed our Beneteau Oceanis 343 for sale with Ancasta at Lymington Yacht Haven in early September. Within 3 weeks we had as many offers and the boat was sold within a month in early October. Locomotion is now sold by your excellent team in record time.Communications between us started in late March this year. When we brought the boat from Poole to Lymington Yacht Haven, Tracey was there at the dock to greet us and take our lines. You offered us a prime spot in your onshore sales pitch which undoubtedly gave the boat maximum exposure. Within days Tracey had identified a potential purchaser, an offer was made and accepted. Charles subsequently took over the case and progressed the sale. At every stage we were kept in touch either by phone or email. There were some technical and other problems along the way but between us we methodically sorted them out.After the survey we finally met up with Charles and the client for the sea trial after the boat was launched. At no point was this rushed and Charles was a great asset to have on board with his advice.We’ve had many boats over the years and have always gone to great lengths to offer our boats in best possible condition at a sensible price. I have just purchased two new yachts through Ancasta. So far I have dealt with Rhian, Stuart, Simon, Tom and Jacqueline and have received exceptional service and attention from every one of them. In the last 10/15 years I have purchased a number of yachts through other brokers and I can say without hesitation that Ancasta’s level of customer service both before buying, and more importantly after buying, is streaks ahead of the others.Before we took ownership Stuart found solutions to all sorts of small issues that cropped up and in a couple of instances he and Simon even came up with modifications to the boat so they would suit our needs. Nothing was too much trouble. Stuart also took me on a factory visit which was fascinating and a lot of fun.When the yachts were delivered to Port Hamble Simon and his team very quickly put them together and have been on hand ever since to answer all sorts of questions I have had.They have genuinely been a pleasure to work with.

Thanks for everything - we've loved our first weekend on the boat - it took longer to unpack than we anticipated. Forgot to say in all the excitement - thanks for the towels, flowers, champagne and glasses, a nice touch.
