Meet the Port Solent Team
Sean Noble
Sean is the manager of the Port Solent office which encompasses Portsmouth Harbour and Gosport. He has been involved in yacht sales since1986, as well as brokerage he has been involved with new boat sales of Cranchi, Elan, Fairline, Island Packet, Moody and Sealine and now represent Beneteau, Lagoon Catamarans and Prestige Motor Yachts with Ancasta which he joined 2010. Sean grew up sailing dinghies and windsurfing on the River Hamble and sailing on his parent’s classic Peter Duck wooden ketch and latterly on their Moody Eclipse 33 and Aquador 32. Sean served for many years as a committee member and former Chair of the British Marine Boat Retailers & Brokers Association which represents companies involved in the sale of new and second-hand craft and is an Accredited member of The Association of Brokers and Yacht Agents (ABYA). Rupert Jameson
Rupert’s lifelong passion for sailing began at a very young age, leading him to compete around the world and achieve success across a number of classes, including becoming a European Champion in the RS Feva.
That competitive drive now carries through into his work as a yacht broker. Rupert is passionate about achieving the best possible results for his clients, whether helping an owner successfully sell their yacht or working with a buyer to find the right boat. He takes a proactive, straightforward and personal approach, building strong relationships and supporting clients through every stage of the process.
With a genuine love of boating and first-hand experience on the water, Rupert combines industry knowledge with enthusiasm, energy and a determination to get deals done.

Ancasta's office in Port Solent is perfectly situated to service our vendors’ requirements, whether selling or buying. With two full-time brokers, we are in a great position to cover boats based in Port Solent Marina, along with those in Gosport, Portsmouth Harbour, Southsea and on Hayling Island.
Our office overlooks the whole site at Port Solent, and buyers can find access to the site through excellent transport links. There is plenty of storage ashore here, especially over the winter, and we also have berths on which we can give brokerage craft excellent exposure.
Port Solent is an 850 berth marina complex with a large and varied selection of bars, restaurants, shops and a cinema. It is very popular with first time buyers and experienced boat owners alike, who enjoy its atmosphere and convenience.
