Our team of experienced technicians and engineers are dedicated to ensuring that your boating remains fault free for the duration of your ownership.
Whilst we are proud of the premium products and brands that we represent, nothing can get away from the reality that boating occurs in harsh, unforgiving and often extreme environments. Salt water, big seas, high loads and long passages mean that from time to time your boat may need a professional’s touch or a service expert to keep her performing as good as new. That’s where we come in.
Our experienced Aftersales team have strong technical backgrounds, so have a good understanding of your new boat and its systems. Liaising closely with original equipment manufacturers and the boat builder to resolve any issues, our aim is to get you up and running as quickly as possible. We have a team of technicians and engineers based in the UK, who will visit your boat during the warranty period offering their support and advice.
With a library of dealer resources at our fingertips, a team who know your boat inside and out, and partners across the world, if we can't answer your technical question immediately, we can quickly find someone who can.
To help keep your boat in perfect condition, Ancasta offer annual servicing and can carry out any repairs you might need using our own Technicians and our in-house engineering, boatbuilding and rigging teams. If your boat is based in mainland Europe, we can bring our mobile workshop to you, offering engine and generator servicing as well as repair work.
