Meet the Barcelona Team
Kostas Saltouridis
Kostas in an officer graduate of the Greek Naval Academy. After experience at sea, he settled down in Barcelona where he ran the sales and support for a well-known German sailing yacht manufacturer developing an extensive knowledge of all elements of sailings yachts, not to mention his passion for sailing especially in Spanish, French, Italian and Greek waters.
Having founded his own company in 2016, he has developed an excellent network of owners and service providers.
Speaking fluent English, Spanish and Greek, Kostas has developed a very international clientele. Coupled with his experience as a sailor, his extensive knowledge of yachts, his technical skills and his strong commitment to client relationships place Kostas in the perfect position to guide you along your yachting journey.
Kostas es oficial graduado de la Academia Naval griega. Después de una larga experiencia en el mar, se ha establecido en Barcelona donde ha trabajado en ventas y soporte técnico para una marca conocida de veleros alemanes desarrollando un conocimiento extensivo de todos los componentes de los veleros, a parte de su pasión por la navegación en aguas españolas, francesas, italianas y griegas.
En 2016 ha fundado su propia empresa lo que le ha permitido desarrollar una excelente red de armadores y proveedores de servicios. Ha desarrollado una clientela muy internacional gracias al hecho de hablar fluidamente el inglés, el castellano y el griego. Su experiencia como navegador, su conocimiento extensivo de los yates, sus habilidades técnicas y su compromiso en la relación con el cliente hacen que Kostas esté en la mejor posición para guiarte en tu aventura en la navegación.
Josiane Sader
Josiane is fluent in English, French, Arabic, Spanish and Catalan and enjoys being able to communicate with clients around the world.
Having travelled extensively, especially through the Mediterranean aboard cruising vessels as a shore excursions manager, allowed her to discover a multitude of cultures and to deal on a daily basis with international clients and providers.
Once settled in Barcelona, she became the after sales manager for a luxury motor yacht brand where she developed an extensive knowledge of motor yachts and their owner’s needs.
As the back-office manager of a yacht service company since 2016, she is an expert in contracts, paperwork and regulations in Spain and Europe.
Josiane habla fluidamente el inglés, el francés, el árabe, el castellano y el catalán y disfruta de poder comunicarse con clientes de todo el mundo.
Sus viajes extensivos, especialmente en el Mediterráneo como jefa de excursiones en un barco de crucero, le han permitido descubrir una multitud de culturas y comunicarse a diario con clientes y proveedores internacionales.
Una vez instalada a Barcelona, trabajó como directora de post-venta para una marca de lujo conocida de yates y desarrolló un conocimiento extensivo de los yates y de las necesidades de los armadores.
Como jefa de administración de una empresa de servicios náuticos desde el 2016, es una experta en contratos, documentación y regulación en España y en Europa.
