Lagoon 46 Overview

Designed with young families in mind, this wonderful new breed of catamaran makes living onboard easy-going and extremely pleasurable. Inspired by her larger sister, the Lagoon 50, the 46 boasts generous sized living spaces with elegant style and clever functionality. The flybridge is a delight and thanks to the high boom is safe while under way. Plus, with a good sized rig, a self-tacking jib and simple controls, the whole family will enjoy exploring the ocean under sail.

The double access flybridge is designed for efficient boat handling and relaxing while under way. The centred helm station offers great protection from the elements and the large sunbathing platform is offered with adjustable-angled cushions. For increased comfort and protection choose from a folding cabriolet or a rigid bimini can be chosen.

The self-tacking rig can be controlled using electric winches and, as successfully introduced on the 50, a Harken electric line feeder for the traveller. The optional Tender lift dinghy platform makes launching and recovery very simple and doubles up as your own private beach.

The interior of the 46 is beautifully styled, with a spacious owner cabin that features separate toilet and bathing compartments. Guests are treated equally well, with huge island beds and generous storage in the bow and stern cabins.

Hannah grew up on the South Coast, messing about in boats from a young age. And after gaining valuable experience of the marine industry working in a chandlery, she then earned a degree in Marine Sports Science from Plymouth University. Returning to Hamble, she landed an aftersales role with a family-run yacht brokerage which quickly progressed into a successful career in boat sales with a particular focus on catamarans.
