At the upcoming Southampton International Boat Show, happening 15-24 September 2023, you’ll be treated to a busy lineup of exciting UK Premieres.
Among them, the remarkable Lagoon 51 is set to steal the spotlight with its expansive outdoor areas and a brilliantly illuminated interior. For sailing enthusiasts seeking both performance and comfort, the Beneteau First 36 is sure to be a crowd-pleaser.
An eagerly awaited debut at this year’s show is the Prestige Yachts’ X60, the crown jewel of the Prestige X-line, and the award-winning Prestige M48.
And lastly, we are delighted to exclusively showcase the brand-new Sting 10m Rib from Scorpion, featuring a UK-manufactured hull renowned for its exceptional strength, durability, and safety.

Lagoon 51
The award-winning Lagoon 51 is stylish, fast and comfortable. Extra-wide transoms and swim platforms are the perfect places to sunbathe and sip cocktails, and the aft cockpit is spacious with plenty of seating and an extendable table caters for meals with family and friends.

Beneteau First 36
The award-winning Beneteau First 36 builds upon the long heritage of the Beneteau First range. This superb yacht perfectly balances comfort, performance, elegance, and function, as well as high-tech construction and reasonable cost.
Loved for its seamless blend of cruising and performance sailing, the Beneteau First 36 has proved extremely popular since its launch in 2022 and is expected to become a future classic. A perfect club racer and a capable family cruiser, the ergonomic deck layout lends itself to both short-handed and fully crewed racing, and the balanced Sail Area-Displacement ratio (SA/D) makes her both a top performer and a lively daysailer.
Prestige X60
The flagship of the Prestige X-line, the X60 features voluminous living spaces, natural light and an easy flow of movement onboard. Designed for smooth, harmonious cruising, the innovative layout features multiple zones for relaxation, an exceptional level of comfort, and a seamless connection with the sea. Plus, the open-plan ‘infinity cockpit’ affords incredible ocean views and easy access to the saloon through a large electric sliding glass door.
Prestige M48
With a volume equivalent to that of a 60-foot motor yacht, the Prestige M48 delivers abundant comfort and space onboard. The expansive cockpit, swim platform and flybridge ensure plenty of space to enjoy the sun with family and friends.
Utilising space between the hulls, the large interior incorporates a vast saloon area, and suites for owners and guests. Add to that panoramic views from the saloon, and breathtaking sea views are guaranteed.
The M48 is optimised for cruising speeds of 8 - 18 knots for improved fuel efficiency, with propulsion provided by 2 x 320 HP engines. The two hulls provide exceptional stability, enabling the M48 to go without stabilisers, which further reduces weight and fuel consumption while improving performance.
Scorpion RIBs Sting 10m Open

First introduced in 2002, the Scorpion Sting features a world-class UK-built hull with excellent strength, endurance and safety. Well-proven, the Sting hull holds an outstanding number of race wins and world endurance records, including 'London to Monaco 'and' Around the British Isles', and meets Scorpion's renowned standards for a dry and soft ride.
The key upgrade for 2023 is an additional bow deck and seating, taking on the design features of the Scorpion Silurian. This, and the added WC in the console, makes the Sting 10m Open a perfect day boat for all the family, with a choice of seating areas and a stowable table. The model featured at this year’s show will have the new Mercury Twin 350 Verado V10s fitted, which will increase speed performance to in excess of 60 knots.
