Overview

The Maxi 38+ is a high-quality Scandinavian sailing yacht designed by the renowned Pelle Petterson and built by Nimbus Maxi Yachts in Sweden. With only 51 units produced, it is a refined evolution of Petterson's design philosophy, blending a center-cockpit safety profile with impressive cruising performance. "Walk of Life" presents very well with a new engine in 2017, new standing and running rigging in the last 2 years. She is ready to go for the season.

"Walk of Life" is a very fast cruiser and has been in the same ownership for the last 20 years. She has cruised mainly to the Channel Islands and France as well as the Solent. Offered for sale having just had a 30 year survey report issued and included a raft of upgrades so she is ready for new owners. Upgrades over the years like new engine, running and standing rigging, new antifoul and the list goes on. This boat has had all the main items covered so she is ready to set sail for the season.
