Overview

Excellent example of the sturdy Fisher 38 Trawler built by Fairways Marine in 1979. "Deja Vu" went through an extensive refit in 2009/10. Her systems have been checked and upgraded as necessary, aesthetically she has been much updated to provide an exceptionally well presented, comfortable, "go anywhere" long legged trawler yacht that has an impressive range of circa 1000 nm.

TWIN FORD SABRE 120HP NATURALLY ASPIRATED DIESELS;
Major overhaul in Spring 2009 comprised of;
- Changed all hoses, new sea-water strainer system fitted, all new seacocks
- New prop-shaft seals, heat-exchangers removed, sent for pressure testing and returned

- New Racor fuel filters 2014
- Serviced December 2014

- Very economical, at 7 knot (1500rpm) cruise expect 1.5 litres/mile
- Very close to 1000 mile range

HFL 3KVA DIESEL GENERATOR;
- Fitted with exhaust gas/water separator for quiet operation
- Automatic switchover from shore-power

ELECTRICS;
- 12v system supplied by eight 120ah batteries (2009-2014)
- Charged by shore, engine & generator as required
- 40 amp mains charger with float operation once charged
- Shorepower with cable

TANKAGE
- Two 720 litre (170 gallon) steel fuel tanks
- One 850 litre (200 gallon) steel water tank
- One 65 litre (15 gallon) calorifier

WATER SYSTEM;
- Pressurised hot and cold water to galley, washbasin and shower
- Calorifier provides hot water from engine and 240v immersion heater
