FORWARD CABIN
The forward cabin is accessed by a sliding acrylic door located in the wheelhouse next to the helm station
The forward seating area can be converted into two single or one double bed. The cushions in this are are leather upholstery
The forward cabin also has a storage cupboard and hanging locker
There is a fore hatch in the deck head and two opening port holes that provide natural light and ventilation
Access to the anchor locker is via the forward bulkhead in this cabin
GALLEY
Into the main forward cabin you will find the galley situated on the Port side
The galley is equipped with a single burner gas hob and a sink with a hot and cold water mixer tap
HEADS
There is an enclosed heads compartment (located on the Starboard side) with a wash basin, electric toilet, and a hot and cold sit down shower
There is an opening to provide natural light and ventilation.
COCKPIT
On boarding 'Alchemy' you arrive into a spacious cockpit that has a walk through transom leading to the bathing platform with teak decking and swimming ladder
Her cockpit is also deck-laid teak

WHEELHOUSE
The wheelhouse is a spacious semi-enclosed area with excellent all-round visibility via Houdini Marine windows, two of which slide open
Main windscreen is equipped with 2 speed wipers with washer. (headroom is approximately 1.87m)
Main electrical control panel with trip switches
Main helm station has a bespoke panel with all running gauges such as: rev counter, temperature and a combined fuel and water tank gauge
Pair of adjustable helm seats, both of which can slide and swivel. Each seat has a stainless steel foot rest
2 sliding hatches in the cabin top and a three draw stowage unit under the helm seat

The Duchy 27 is a vessel of the highest quality, beautifully built and presented and much sought after. 'Alchemy' is no exception. She has a full inventory that includes both both and stern thrusters. She has only recently been launched and has had a full hull polish and antifouling. As with all Duchys this vessel has beautiful bespoke joinery, classic styling, elegant lines combined with excellent seakeeping performance. She truly is a boat you will be proud to own.
