Overview

For sale, this Hunter 44 DS, She's bluewater shoal draft deck salon cruising yacht has had just three owners since new. It has been perfectly maintained and updated for liveaboard cruising with two great cabins, two heads interior layout, and a well-protected cockpit.

The raised deck salon coach roof allows oversized forward and side windows providing abundant natural light, and panoramic views, thus creating a very open and airy feel below with lots of head room.

Fully equipped with watermaker, solar panels, and wind generator, Mrs Bee is perfectly set up for extended liveaboard cruising. Her Axiom GPS chart plotter, with AIS and radar overlays, and GPS-synced autopilot enable easy, safe navigation. With in-mast furling and all sheets leading back to the cockpit, she can be easily sailed single-handed.

Mrs Bee is hull number 22 of a total of 151 examples of the Hunter 44 built during its five year production run from 2003 to 2008 from Hunter Marine in the USA. With her previous owner, she successfully completed a twin-handed circumnavigation between 2016 and 2021.
