Overview

A beautifully kept, very well spec'd and incredibly clean example of the Quicksilver 855 Weekender. The Centenary Edition, with its striking grey hull wrap, is not only a practical, well made boat with an excellent finish through-out, but she offers incredible versatility with her innovative design, maximising the available space and creating a blend of living accommodation and practicality which belies its modest 29ft.
She's also had lots of recent maintenance and upgrades. It really would be hard to find a cleaner boat!

Accommodation

FORWARD CABIN
2 double cabins provide 4 berths, with a convertible dinette which could provide another adult berth or 2 for smaller children
The Master cabin is forward with large, extendable double berth. There is ample space for storage with a hanging locker and an under-bed compartment, as well as drawers to the front.
There is ample shelving with fiddles, good lighting, a 240v socket, stereo speakers, an opening deck hatch, opening port lights, sun shades and curtains. The whole cabin is nicely trimmed in contrasting fabrics with a mirror and there is also a heating outlet.

MID CABIN
The mid cabin offers a large double bed with different infill options for maximising the layout, so can be converted to two singles. There is a storage cupboard as well as more under-bed storage, a cushioned seat area, a 12v socket and air vents as well as another heating outlet and good lighting.

HEADS
There is a decent size heads compartment with an electric Toilet, sink with a dual tap / showerhead which pulls out to fix onto a fitting for full height shower, a mirror, storage and an opening portlight.

SALOON
The saloon area has teak wood-effect flooring throughout which extends to the cabins, LED cabin lights, and the raised dinette seating area, which was recently re-upholstered and converts to another sleeping area, all set around the removable, folding table.
In addition, the forward dinette seat cleverly converts to forward navigator seat. There is ample storage in the wood-framed seat bases
There is a large sliding sun roof, a large sliding window to maximise ventilation and the whole area is fully curtained, including the rear sliding patio door for maximum privacy.
There is also a flat screen TV mounted aft, above the galley.

GALLEY
Opposite the dinette is the galley with twin burner gas stove, microwave, sink with hot and cold pressurised water system and cleverly adapted split worktop, unique to this boat to maximise utility. There is a 12v Fridge with ice compartment, ample storage and all beautifully finished in a walnut-style wood.

HELM
To starboard, is the helm area with an adjustable helm seat, which includes bolsters, the navionics and controls and also features a sliding door to the spacious side deck, greatly enhancing mooring capability.

COCKPIT
The aft cockpit is deceptively spacious and includes a recently refurbished full cockpit enclosure with new windows. The rear bench seat is well thought out and not only converts to large sun pad or cockpit table – with a choice of tables – but also slides to maximise either cockpit or bathing platform space. There is access to extremely clean engine bay and a large storage area.

There is warm air diesel heating throughout.
