ACCOMMODATION OVERVIEW
As you step below deck, the yacht welcomes you with refined luxury and thoughtful design in every cabin and corridor. Soft carpeting underfoot, rich timber finishes, and elegant lighting create a warm and inviting ambiance. All cabins and bathrooms benefit from natural light and ventilation through opening portholes, and are equipped with 240V power points for convenience. Each en-suite is elegantly appointed with marble or granite floors (excluding the crew cabin), electric quiet-flush toilets, and elegant bathroom accessories.

OWNER’S STATEROOM
Midships, you enter the full-beam Owner’s Stateroom, a true private retreat. A King-sized bed sits center stage, flanked by bedside tables and deep storage drawers. To starboard, a cozy seating area with a table invites morning coffee or quiet reading, while to port, a vanity table with drawers and cupboards offers a private dressing room. Ambient lighting from LED overheads and wall sconces enhances the atmosphere, complemented by soft carpeting and climate control. Entertainment is at hand with a HD LED TV and stereo system.

Step into the luxurious en-suite bathroom, where twin wash basins sit atop elegant marble or granite countertops. There's a spacious stall shower with and marble dressed bathtub. A freshwater toilet, bidet, heated towel rail, and generous storage complete this serene space.

VIP STATEROOM
Forward, the VIP Stateroom exudes elegance with a Queen-size bed and an impressive walk-in wardrobe. A dressing table with a stool provides a touch of hotel-like comfort, and the room is equipped with a HD LED TV and stereo system. LED lighting and plush carpeting add to the relaxing mood. The en-suite bathroom mirrors the style and comfort of the owner’s, with rich surfaces, a stall shower, and all the refined accessories.

GUEST CABINS
On the starboard side, the Guest Double Cabin features a spacious double bed, ample wardrobe space, and entertainment setup with HD TV and stereo. The en-suite bathroom is clad in polished stone, offering a stall shower and heated towel rail.

Opposite, the Port Twin Conversion Cabin is ideal for guests or children, with two single beds, a shared bedside table, and built-in storage. The en-suite carries the same high standard of luxury, with a marble or granite finish, full-size shower, and elegant fixtures.

LOWER LOBBY
Between cabins, the passageway offers a full-height cupboard and underfloor storage access, all warmly lit and carpeted, more than just a corridor, it's part of the living experience.

MAIN DECK LIVING SPACES
Deck Saloon
Moving into the main saloon, you're met with panoramic views through tinted glass windows. To port, an inviting L-shaped sofa and twin armchairs surround a stylish coffee table, while a sofa lines the starboard side. At the push of a button, the HD LED TV rises into view, accompanied by surround sound for a true cinematic experience. Drinks are close at hand with a refrigerated sideboard. Stainless steel-framed sliding doors open to the cockpit, blending indoor and outdoor living.

Formal Dining Area
Forward, the dining space features a large table surrounded by elegant chairs. Full-height windows on the starboard side flood the area with light, opening out to a balcony extension to starboard, while subtle blinds and curtains provide privacy. Storage for fine china and optional wine cooler space keep everything within easy reach.

DAY TOILET
A conveniently located day head is fitted with a quiet-flush toilet, wash basin with granite or marble surface, and tiled floor, offering guests comfort without needing to access cabins.

GALLEY
The galley is a chef’s delight. Polished granite counters and timber floors frame a well-equipped space with a four-ring ceramic hob, full-size fridge and freezer, microwave/convection oven, dishwasher, and twin stainless sinks. Storage abounds in overhead and under-counter cabinets. A port-side door provides quick access to the side deck, while a discreet access into the dining area keeps things connected.

CREW QUARTERS
Aft and separate for privacy, the crew area is functional and well-appointed. The captain enjoys a private double cabin with desk and storage, while crew share a twin cabin. Shared amenities include a bathroom with shower, and a crew mess with seating, fridge, sink, and microwave (2025). Laundry facilities (washer and dryer, new 2024) are integrated neatly. Private access to the engine room, transom and side deck ensures seamless, discreet service.

EXTERIOR SPACES
Aft Cockpit
Step outside to the aft cockpit, a shaded space ideal for entertaining or relaxed dining. Upholstered seating wraps around a large table for eight, surrounded by stainless rails and LED deck lights. A 4.4m telescopic passerelle with folding handrail eases boarding, while docking controls and fuel valve access are discreetly integrated.

Flybridge
Ascend the stairway to the flybridge, where commanding views meet open-air luxury. The helm features a raised console and central seating, while guests enjoy a U-shaped dining area, dual L-shaped lounges, and a sunbed area (previously a Jacuzzi). A wetbar with BBQ, sink, and fridge ensures easy entertaining. The bimini opens at the touch of a button, and the deck lighting sets the scene for evening gatherings.

WHEELHOUSE
Inside, the wheelhouse is a hub of advanced navigation. A fully adjustable helm seat faces a comprehensive instrument console, interfaced electronics, autopilot, radar, chartplotter, and more. A chart table and electrical panels flank the area, while companion seating allows guests to observe the journey. Red night lighting, intercoms, and triple windscreen wipers with wash system ensure safety and comfort in all conditions.
