Overview

In 2023, Contest launched a new 50CS - a size which has always been popular for Contest Yachts owing to its perfect balance of sailing ease, performance and onboard comforts. With two suites and an optional third cabin, the Contest 50CS can still be sailed single- or short-handed.

This new design from judel/vrolijk is constructed to the same exacting standards as applied to the rest of Contest's incredible range, carrying her Lloyds A1 build certification with pride. Her design marries the very best in modern boat-building techniques with timeless elegance, quality materials and luxury ergonomics. The result is a modern performance bluewater cruiser with exceptional seakeeping abilities and unrivalled build quality.

The Contest 50CS is also offered with the option of electric propulsion, integrated photovoltaic solar panels and an alternative synthetic teak-style decking.
