Once you’ve taken ownership of your new boat, our Customer Service team will contact you at regular intervals offering helpful reminders – from checking your anodes or your rig, to engine and generator servicing. As main dealers for the Beneteau Group, some of the extended boat warranties require Approved Service Agent Checks at 6 months, 1 year and 2 years – Ancasta’s Customer Service team will call to discuss, and whether you’re local to one of our service centres or further afield, can arrange a visit from one of our technicians at your convenience.
With direct access to the Beneteau Sail and Power boat, Lagoon, CNB and Prestige original parts databases, our Customer Service team can source and order any boat part and have it shipped out to you, wherever you are in the world. This service is in place to support customers who have purchased boats through us, and also other boat owners and repair companies looking for a simple and efficient way to obtain spare parts for specific makes and models of the sail and powerboats that we sell.
Annual Servicing and Repairs
To help keep your boat in perfect condition, Ancasta offer annual servicing and can carry out any repairs you might need using our own Technicians and our in-house engineering, boatbuilding and rigging teams. If your boat is based in mainland Europe, we can bring our mobile workshop to you, offering engine and generator servicing as well as repair work.
If you're looking for a turnkey solution, contact our service centres in Hamble and Mallorca to discuss our Gardiennage Service, ensuring your boat is ready for you and your guests at a moments notice. From regular maintenance checks to internal and external valeting, our team can provide a package to cater for your requirements.
Upgrades and Installations
Once you've familiarised yourself with your new boat, you may decide to tweak the layout, adding additional shelving for instance. Or you may decide to add to your electronics package. Ancasta will listen carefully to understand your requirements, providing suitable options and solutions, either factory or custom supply.
Winterisation and Recommissioning
Winterising your boat will ensure it is well maintained and ready for the next season. Our service teams in Hamble and Mallorca would be happy to quote for this service.
Typically would include winterising the engine, generator, WC and batteries plus a thorough check of the alternator, starter motor, engine mounts, lubricants and underwater fittings. We would also carry out an outdrive service, cathodic protection and full gas system check where applicable.

For larger refit projects at our base in Hamble, our team can help with every aspect from initial survey and estimation, to project management and quality control, ensuring your boat meets your individual requirements and personal boating plans.
Our international Aftersales team all have hands on technical backgrounds, so have a good understanding of your new boat and its systems. They will liaise with suppliers and the manufacturer to resolve any issues and get you up and running as quickly as possible. We have a team of technicians based in the UK and Mallorca, who will visit your boat during the warranty period offering their support and advice.
