- Pursuant to the management of the warranty on your vessel, we reserve the right to disclose your personal data on to the relevant manufacturer.

- If we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Ancasta Group Limited.
