Meet Joe Hill, Senior Sales Broker and Brokerage Director
Sanlorenzo Yachts UK has strengthened its expertise in new yacht sales and brokerage with the appointment of Joe Hill as Senior Sales Broker and Brokerage Director, as the business continues to expand its presence in the UK.
Part of the Ancasta Group, Sanlorenzo Yachts UK represents the Italian shipyard’s range of yachts and superyachts in the UK and Ireland, alongside its innovative Bluegame brand.
For prospective owners considering larger yachts, Hill brings almost 30 years of marine industry experience to the role, combining a background in luxury yacht sales with first-hand operational experience onboard yachts.
He joins Sanlorenzo Yachts UK from a British motor yacht manufacturer, where he spent the last 11 years focusing on luxury yacht sales and developing specialist knowledge of the large yacht segment – a sector where the complexities of yacht acquisition and ownership demand a highly specialised approach.
Hill began his career working onboard yachts, including several years as a professional captain, before moving into new yacht sales and brokerage. That combination of operational and commercial experience has given him a detailed understanding of the practical and technical considerations involved in larger yacht ownership, alongside a proven background in sales, brokerage and new-build projects.

“His extensive experience across the luxury yacht market, combined with his time as a captain, gives him invaluable insight into the practicalities of owning a larger yacht. Supporting buyers from selection to build
In his new role, Hill will represent the full Sanlorenzo and Bluegame fleets while expanding the company’s brokerage offering in the larger yacht sector.
He will work closely with clients throughout the ownership journey, from initial consultation and model selection through to the highly collaborative ‘co-creation’ design and build process for which Sanlorenzo is globally recognised.

Hill will officially take up his new position on 1 October 2026 and will primarily be based at the Sanlorenzo Yachts UK London showroom on Park Lane, Mayfair.
