Ancasta appoints Group Brokerage Manager to strengthen brokerage expertise
We are delighted to announce that Rob Seabourne has been appointed as Ancasta’s new Group Brokerage Manager, further strengthening the expertise and support we offer buyers and sellers across our brokerage network.
Having returned to Ancasta earlier this year, Rob will now work closely with our brokerage teams throughout the UK and Europe, helping to share best practice, support performance and continue developing the exceptional service our clients expect from Ancasta.

With more than 20 years in the marine industry, Rob brings extensive experience in yacht brokerage together with a deep understanding of Ancasta’s business and the people behind it.
Before joining Ancasta in 2003 as a Sales Broker in Hamble, Rob worked onboard luxury yachts and with sailing charter organisations throughout the Mediterranean and Caribbean. During this time, he became a Commercially Endorsed RYA Yachtmaster and completed two Atlantic crossings.
During his initial 16-year tenure at Ancasta, Rob held a number of roles across the business, including positions in our Brighton, Dartmouth and Hamble offices, gaining extensive experience in both brokerage and new boat sales. In 2019, he relocated to Mallorca to join a luxury yacht sales company as Sales Manager before progressing to Brand Sales Manager, overseeing sales across Germany, Spain and the Balearics.
Now back at Ancasta, Rob’s broad experience across both the UK and European markets will help further strengthen the support available to our brokerage teams and, ultimately, the service we provide to our clients.
“This is an important appointment for Ancasta as we continue to strengthen our brokerage business across both the UK and Europe,” says Stuart Brotherton, Sales Director at Ancasta.
“Rob brings a unique combination of brokerage expertise, commercial leadership and an in-depth understanding of Ancasta. He knows our business, understands our customers and is passionate about helping our teams succeed. His appointment reflects our continued investment in the people and expertise that enable us to deliver the very highest levels of service for anyone buying or selling a yacht through Ancasta.”
Commenting on his appointment, Rob says: “I’m delighted to be returning to Ancasta at such an exciting time for the business. Ancasta has always been recognised for its professionalism, integrity and customer service, and I’m looking forward to working with our brokerage teams across the UK and Europe to build on those strengths. Together, we’ll continue delivering the knowledgeable advice, market insight and personal service that our clients value.”
Rob’s appointment forms part of Ancasta’s continued investment in its people and brokerage network as the company expands its presence across Europe and continues to enhance the expertise available throughout its 22-office sales network.
