Overview

Well maintained Prima 38 launched in 2004 and in her third ownership since new! Copper-coated- 2015 and hull cleaned June 2022. Fully kitted out for racing; Several new sails within the last few years, overhauled carbon mast & new rod-rigging. Having just been fitted out with a new full B&G race electronics pack, she is set up for further racing or fast cruising. Yanmar 29HP sail-drive with Gori propeller. Eberspacher heating, fridge, gas hob and more make her capable of a comfortable cruiser also.

CONSTRUCTION:
Hull of hand laid GRP with balsa core above the waterline and additional lay-
up of multi-directional E-glass below the waterline.
Watertight bulkhead at bow.
Radiused hull edge with slip resistant gunwale inserts.
Hull gel coat in white

Deck of hand laid glassfibre with balsa in flat areas.
Integrally moulded non-slip areas.
Deck gel coat in white.

Cast iron fin keel with lead bulb, nominal weight 2,690 kg
