OverviewA one-off opportunity to purchase a practically new, highly specified Lagoon 46 , 2022 model, built in 2021. Now back in the UK to be shown in Southampton Boat Show, September 2022.
“As you wish” was delivered to her owner by Ancasta International Boat Sales in Spring 2022. The owners were meticulous in their choice of specification and all upgrades were carried out by Ancasta and its approved contractors as part of our award-winning commissioning service.
Perfectly equipped and used for just five months by the owner, this 3 cabin owner’s version offers generous spacious living, an elegant style and a modern light interior.
‘As you wish’ benefits from a Lagoon warranty which may be transferred to the new owner.
More photos are available upon request.
‘As you wish’ has been extensively equipped by the current owner with a range of desirable and professionally fitted custom options:
• Powerful Aircon system specified for the tropics with 62k BTU Frigomar reverse cycle air conditioning units. Soft start and very energy efficient, they are capable of cooling and even heating if required. Independent controls in the cabins and saloon.
• Professionally installed 19kw 48v lithium (LiFePO4) energy store: capable of running the air conditioning overnight without the need for the generator. The energy store is paired with Victron DC to DC chargers to keep the 12v domestic bank fully charged and a Victron Cerbo GX and Touch screen providing a simple visual view of the energy systems onboard. LifePO4 is widely recommended as the safest lithium chemistry available for marine applications.
• 2 x 48 / 5000 Victron Multiplus II inverter / chargers: giving rapid charging capability for the lithium energy store to minimise generator run time; a full charge can be achieved in around 3 hours. The inverters also provide ample 240v mains capacity so no need to manually manage peak energy demands onboard.
• Victron isolation transformer means there is no physical connection to shore power isolating the yacht’s power systems from any poor quality electrical supplies sometimes found in marinas.
• Fischer Panda 15000i (10kw) generator: giving ample power to recharge energy store whilst supporting other demands at the same time such as making water, using the washing machine and heating water. The generator’s compact size also allows easy access for servicing and leaves plenty of storage space in the port forward locker. The storage locker housing the generator has been sound proofed and the generator benefits from an exhaust gas / water separator to ensure quiet running.
• 2kw solar array on a very elegant custom stainless steel arch: providing all of the day to day energy needs onboard. With three solar controllers, output from the array is well optimised.
• High output Rainman Watermaker 140lph with discretely mounted remote control panel.
• Highfield CL340 tender in dark grey Hypalon with 20hp Honda engine and centre console.
These fantastic enhancements make this Lagoon perfect for the Mediterranean and for enjoying sailing in hot weather.

The main saloon features a wide-open plan space with a large L-shaped seating area and dining table. The wrap-around glazing reveals wonderful views out onto the ocean and a large drop-down forward window grants simple access to the forward cockpit and provides a good source of ventilation at anchor. The saloon table quickly and easily converts to very generous double berth. There are good dry storage areas under all of the seating.
The saloon has two high-powered air-conditioning units that are independently controlled providing ample cooling capability.
The spacious galley has a great sized U shaped Corian surface in pale grey with built in sink, gas oven, hob and microwave. The large lithium energy store is also more than capable of supporting electrical cooking onboard should you prefer that.
There is a undercounter two drawer fridge and separate freezer in the kitchen area with a further fridge in the cockpit providing ample cold storage.
There is plenty of high and low level storage including underfloor cupboards for heavier items.
The nav station is adjacent to the saloon seating area with its own matching stool in grand comfort marble fabric. Around the nav station are the air conditioning controls, remote start / stop and monitoring for the Fischer Panda generator, Victron Cerbo GX Touch to manage the custom energy systems, touch screen monitor for fuel and water tanks and 12v domestic and engine batteries.
The nav station has been wired with B & G remote plotter control (ZC2) allowing full remote control of all of the B & G systems including the autopilot. The owners have been using the B & G app along with screen mirroring in any Apple product to repeat the B & G plotter screen at the Nav Station onto a 32” UHD monitor.
Owner’s version with 3 cabins and converting saloon sofa so capable of sleeping up to 8 adults comfortably.
The owner’s cabin extends through the entirety of the starboard hull providing a spacious environment with plenty of storage, vanity unit and ensuite bathroom and separate WC.
Two large VIP guest cabins in the port hull with plenty of storage and ensuite heads.
The cabins benefit from large windows flooding them with light and allowing fantastic water views from each bed. Privacy is ensured by the upgraded, factory installed roller blinds to all windows and hatches.
All cabins are independently airconditioned with their own controls adjacent to the bed. The air conditioning has a night mode that slowly modulates the temperature of each cabin to ensure a comfortable and quiet night’s sleep. The onboard energy store is sized to allow the air conditioning to be run through the night without the need for the generator to be running.
All beds have the benefit of underbed slats for air circulation, custom mattress protectors and fitted sheets with the master bed also enjoying a custom luxury mattress topper for additional comfort.
All heads have the benefit of optional salt or fresh water electric flushing.
The cockpit provides extensive seating with a beautiful large fold out teak table comfortably seating 8 adults. A rolling bench seat easily moves to allow the table to be folded out and provide end of table seating or positioned forward to provide access to the steps to the flybridge.
The cockpit can be completely enclosed with the canvass covers which quickly roll up or unzip to provide panoramic views from all the seating areas.
The optional cockpit sink and undercounter fridge provide the perfect place to prepare drinks when guests are onboard. The cockpit benefits from matching Corian surfaces around the sink area and over a wet locker, gas tank and built in bin.
The floors of the cockpit, sugar scoops and flybridge have been professionally laid with maintenance free flexiteak providing a luxurious look and feel.
Two underwater lights.
The tender is a Highfield for Lagoon CL340 (Centre console) with 20HP Honda outboard with upgraded dark grey hypalon tubes. The factory fitted electric tender hoist allows the dinghy to be easily launched and recovered.
The flybridge provides a commanding view of the yacht with excellent visibility forward and close quarter visibility helped by the SIMRAD reversing cameras. The factory fitted hard top bimini and canvas surround provide excellent weather cover and sun shade and provide a stable platform to access the boom and sail bag. The flybridge contains a huge seating / lounging area which makes it a great sociable space.
The bridge has 16” Zeus 3s chart plotter, alongside the usual engine controls and an optional remote anchor control and chain counter. There is a remote VHF handset with wireless charging station next to the helm.
The forward cockpit has two loungers and a two person seat arranged in a U shape around the anchor windlass cover that doubles as a drinks table. There are large lockers below the seating that can accommodate all of the fenders, lines, water tanks and generator with lots of space left. The forward cockpit and anchor windlass table have been professionally finished with flexiteak.
There are two very large bow lockers that can be used for the storage of sails and other items or converted to further accommodation if required.
