SLEEP EIGHT PEOPLE IN THREE CABINS PLUS SALOON WITH TWO HEADS
The interior of the 45.2 is impressive, both from a design and a quality standpoint, and the appointments are tasteful. Teak joinery is blended nicely with blue cloth upholstery creating a pleasant feeling below.
Large forward owner's cabin with a centerline queen berth, mirrored vanity table and light teak cabinetry. There is a large en suite with toilet, basin and a separate shower, elegant is the only way to describe the forward section of the interior.
In the saloon there is a wrap-around settee to starboard and a free-standing seat on the centreline enclosing a large, handsome teak table that can comfortably seat 6 for dinner. There are lockers behind the settees for storage and space for books.
The galley is opposite and stretches along the port side of the saloon. From forward to aft, the long counter space incorporates double sinks,12v double compartment large capacity fridge, plus a freezer, three burner gas cooker grill and oven. There is storage above, with cut outs for plates and cups.
Further aft and to starboard is the nav station, which is oriented 30 degrees off center and tucked under the side deck. The desktop is large and houses the electronics and electrical switches. Besides being located out of the main traffic flow, there is a nice sense of privacy, making this space ideal for an on-board office. The aft head is located opposite. Like the forward head, it is completely moulded in fiberglass, which makes splashing water around less troublesome and complete with manual flush heads.
Two double cabins are astern. There is a surprising amount of useful storage space in each cabin, including hanging lockers, shelves and lockers

Owners layout providing excellent level of accommodation in two aft cabins and spacious forecabin. During Autumn 2020 the keel was removed, the keel matrix strengthened, the rudder blade replaced, and antifouled - all by reputable Hamble boatyard. Stored ashore each winter and serviced annually with the hull and antifoul part of that maintenance programme. Never chartered.
