Overview

2001 build Hylas 46 built by Queen Long Marine, Taiwan.

**Please note, this Hylas 46 was due to be back on the Hamble by July 2020 but given the current world situation, this has now been delayed. Updates will follow**

German Frers designed centre cockpit yacht equally at home blue water cruising or on shorter coastal hops with family and friends.
Sleeps up to eight in two cabins plus saloon.

Only in her second ownership from new, this Hylas 46 has benefited from continuous upgrades and improvements to her inventory during the last seven years.
Having been extensively cruised offshore by a very conscientious couple for the last four years, this Hylas 46 is now for sale with an extremely comprehensive equipment list which needs few if any additions.

Re-rigged and with a full suite of sails from 2012 onwards, an ECH20-Tec watermaker, Hydrovane self steering, B&G navigation electronics and radar, solar panels and D400 wind generator, custom made stainless cockpit arch, updated power management plus much more, the list of improvements during the past few years really is extensive.

This Hylas 46 is UK British Registered, was built to conform to European directives, has Category A “Ocean” rating and is fully UK VAT paid.

Before embarking on their recent trans-Atlantic passage, the owners of this Hylas 46 had a professional marine survey commissioned in April 2018 as a follow up to their original pre-purchase survey.
In his conclusion, the surveyor (who had undertaken the Purchase Survey) commented that this Hylas 'was in a cosmetically pleasing condition and was structurally sound. Since our 2012 inspection of the vessel, there is clear evidence of numerous upgrades and ongoing maintenance'.
