An exciting opportunity to acquire a Heard 28 that has had a extensive re-fit in 2012 including hull and mast/spars. She has also had a new Beta 18hp engine fitted in 2009.

Build

HEARD 28 FALMOUTH WORKING BOAT BUILT IN 1978
Built by Terry Heard, Gaffers and Luggers at Tregatreath, Mylor
Hull constructed 1978. Used only 3 seasons by original owner before being laid up ashore until 1997
Subsequent rebuild from bare hull during 1997-99

Complete overhaul in Gweek boatyard 2012, all woodwork checked and replaced as required, all wood stripped bare and varnished/painted.
Hull ground back, filled and repaired where required, repainted and then antifouled.(completed 2012-13)
Interior repainted/varnished (completed 2012-13)
