Overview

A very interesting opportunity is available from the current owner who is offering TWO, ONE THIRD SHARES priced at £35,000 each and based at Mylor Yacht harbour, Cornwall.

Athena is a lovely example of the popular Hallberg-Rassy 34 model, she is moored and located in the idyllic Mylor Yacht Harbour and only in her second ownership from New.
She has use of the full facilities in the marina including, shower block, parking and water taxi plus winter storage ashore.

Her annual mooring and general 'upkeep' costs would be split equally and with the reassurance of a written agreement. The owner has had good experience of shared ownership in the past with co-owners becoming life long friends.

Built in 2000 and launched in 2001 she is a much sought after, very manageable yacht with all the prestige that comes with a Hallberg Rassy.

Sleeps six in two cabins and saloon, with a spacious cockpit and the mahogany finish below decks is superb. Sought after wheel steering version with the excellent fully battened mainsail system.
She has a big specification that includes teak decks & coachroof. Also Webasto Airtop heating, hot water system, holding tank, solar panel, electric windlass, sprayhood & extension, Raymarine autopilot pack & more.
