Jus Chillin is a one owner from new, 2014 Dufour 450 Grand Large. UK based and VAT paid, she comes with a very large specification with numerous extras which make her truly a ready-to-go boat. Externally, she has been kept to a very high standard with an interior that matches her outside. With twin aft cabins that have never been slept in and a very lightly used interior, she is fully equipped and has a lot to offer. Spacious forward double cabin with centreline double berth, wardrobe and storage lockers
A separate en-suite unused forward manual toilet that can be freshwater and seawater flushed with a built-in towel rail.
Separate shower compartment with full height shower.
Linear galley to starboard with gas techimpex oven and 3 burner hob (very lightly used). Also has a double stainless steel sink, 12 top and front-loading fridge, freshwater tap with GE Ecology filter fitted (parts to change this back to sea water tap to be provided),Kenwood microwave.
U-shaped settee to port in spacious saloon with separate linear bench seat with storage inside. Bench seat to the aft of saloon table with integrated freezer. Upholstery has been covered since the day owners purchased her.
Chart table to starboard aft with electronics, heating controls, music head unit and storage cupboards for remote controls for different systems.
Guest heads to port (very lightly used) with integrated hot/cold washbasin and shower and manual freshwater toilet.
