Overview

For sale sailing trimaran Using a magnificent central hull and strip planking floats made in Finland by a Swan-Nautor subcontractor, the English owner decided to have John Shutleworth design carbon arms to transform this comfortable boat into a powerful trimaran, reliable and fast. The reconstruction took place from 2005 to 2009 in Paul Wells’ Pro Composites yard. Lifting rudder in articulated box (carbon), new carbon foam centerboard, new mast 2013. The Boat did not sail between 2013 and 2016 and was bought by its French owner in 2016. A total upgrade (electronics, comfort, equipment, rigging, sails, complete interior and exterior paint, new engine…) was undertaken with high standards. the boat is well made reliable and has just successfully embarked on the tour of Spain. A recent visit convinced us of the perfect condition of this multihull with a strong personality. A sporty family will find there a magnificent support for summer cruises or a sabbatical year. A racing crew or a solo racer (Rhum 2026?) will also be delighted by the boat’s potential. The solidity of this chassis is obvious and the new carbon arms are magnificent. The saloon is comfortable for 4, the galley is spacious for a trimaran. the rather pleasant bathroom.
