Overview

2015 MODEL BENETEAU OCEANIS 45

Within a year of initial launch, the Beneteau Oceanis 45 won the coveted award for best family cruiser as the 2012 European Yacht of the Year. The judges were hugely impressed by a host of innovative features that include a well-balanced sail plan, a rig that’s stepped further aft, the mainsheet arch above the companionway that improves the sheeting angle of the main sail, wide and gently descending companionway steps, a large and well-organised cockpit and transom that doubles as a swim platform when lowered.
The new generation of chined hull was also noted as delivering comfortable yet fast sailing.

Only in her second ownership, this Beneteau Oceanis 45 benefits from all of the above plus the addition of the Dock & Go system for ease of close quarter handling. With joystick control of a rotating sail drive leg working in unison with the bowthruster, this system can make short work of berthing even with limited crew.

Comprehensively equipped, this 3-cabin, 2-heads layout Oceanis 45 has benefitted from a number of recent upgrades including new asymmetric spinnaker, new cockpit covers and sail bag plus new domestic batteries.
All in all, this Beneteau Oceanis 45 appears absolutely ready to go!
