We are delighted to offer this very popular and very well presented Beneteau Oceanis 36CC. This boat has been much loved and looked after, with many upgrades, by her current owners. I have personally always been amazed by how much living space Beneteau have been able to create in this practical and functional vessel with a big boat feel.

Companionway leads to a very functional and spacious saloon area with a large fold away dining table.
From the saloon you have a large overhead ventilation hatch and beautiful viewing windows in the side of the hull.
The flooring throughout is teak look and in very good condition.

The navigation station is located on the aft end of the saloon on the starboard side.
The navigation station is well equipped with a sliding seat and large opening table top with underneath stowage.
There is amble stowage throughout this boat.
All windows, hatches and portholes have blinds.

Forward Cabin
The forward cabin is a private cabin which has a good size double berth.
There is ample lighting through portholes and ventilation via the centrally located overhead hatch.
This cabin is equipped with two large lockers (one on port and starboard side)

The galley and the heads on this vessel are genuinely impressive.
Located on the port side you will find a huge and very well equipped galley comprising of:
2 burner cas stove and oven in excellent condition.
Double sink.
Double fridge / cooler box (130L)
High storage lockers above the service units.
There is a large longitudinal unit on the inboard side of the galley, this makes a great food prep area and has a huge amount of stowage underneath.
The Beneteau cutlery and crockery, and utensils are part of the sale.

WOW, this bathroom is exceptionally well appointed and substantial in size.
There are interconnecting doors from the saloon area and the master cabin allowing you to access this bathroom as a day head or a private en-suite.
The heads has a marine toilet and hot and cold wash basin as well as a shower.

Master cabin (aft)
The beauty of the aft cabin yacht design is the allowance of a huge aft cabin.
For a 36 foot long vessel this aft cabin has full head room, a large seating/ dressing area, and a large offset double berth.
