Overview
2014 model Arcona 410There can be no mistaking the true performance credentials of the Arcona 410 with this example being no exception.
Only in her second ownership, she has benefited from the addition of a fixed bowsprit plus a Hyde Sails Code 0, new in 2020, and also comes with a virtually unused A2 spinnaker.
Coupled with this, new B&G plotters fitted in the cockpit and chart table before the current owner bought this Arcona 410 two years ago.
Very capable on the race track but also offering peerless fast passage making, on review by Yachts & Yachting, they wrote 'Overall we were really impressed with the sailing performance of the 410. It was long legged, very quick but very easily handled.'
For those wanting that bit more performance and the excellent fit and finish from a quality Swedish marque, the Arcona 410 must be worthy of serious consideration.

CONSTRUCTION
All Arcona Yachts are built in accordance with the European CE regulations, approved and classified in Category “A”
The hull and deck are a vacuum bagged sandwich construction with multiaxial rovings and Vinylester resin
The core material is 20 mm Divinycell
Solid laminate is used for rudder, engine bed, keel attachment and all through hull fittings
Bulkheads are laminated to the hull and deck giving the construction superb strength and rigidity
The deck is bonded to the hull with Vinylester glue, giving the strongest possible bond and torsional rigidity
A galvanised steel cradle takes all the dynamic loads of the keel and rig with this cradle bolted to the bulkheads and a system of fibre glass beams
The keel is directly mounted to a steel beam with 10 x 20 mm stainless steel bolts
