The Navigare Yacht and Lifestyle investment program guarantees a broad range of holiday possibilities with absolutely none of the hassle or costs usually associated with yacht ownership.

There are three Yacht and Lifestyle investment options on offer, tailored to suit the needs of their investors over a 6-year period. Not only does each investor have the opportunity to enjoy wonderful sailing holidays, but the chance to make a return from yacht ownership OR pay just a fraction of the yacht price.

OPTION 1 - COMPLETE FINANCE. Where you loan Navigare the full purchase price €484,979 and receive a fixed revenue of €24,380 per annum years 1-5 and €20,185 in year 6.
OPTION 2 - SMART FINANCE. Where you loan Navigare €368,590 (advertised price) and the income from the investment will pay off the remaining loan.
OPTION 3 - SMART-LOW FINANCE. Where you pay a low initial payment of €324,940 with a balloon payment at the end of the 6 year term of €72,750. This option ties up less capital and the charter revenue is used to pay off the remaining loan on the boat.

For all options, there are no further costs, and you will also get access to the Navigare Holiday Program to the value of €24,249p.a. throughout the 6-year period. This program allows you a number of charter rental options in high, medium and low seasons on your own, or any other boat in 53 sailing locations around the world, or alternatively, you can swap your allowance points for land holidays such as ski chalets, beach resorts and more. At the end of the agreement term, the boat is yours to sail away, sell-off, or even trade up, whichever program you choose.

Navigare Yachting are not only a leading premium charter company, but are known to keep their investors at the forefront. We have flexibility with term lengths and are also open to consider part exchanges, in order to make this the right investment for your requirements.

This listing shows the price structure for the boat to be berthed in Croatia, however we do also have opportunities for her to be berthed in either Greece or Mallorca - please enquire within for pricing.
