Optimised for IRC racing, the Ker 33 boasts a similar style to the Ker 40 and Ker 40 Plus with a near plumb bow, long waterline and flared stern. She also benefits from more rocker underwater and a semi-displacement hull to help reduce the wetted surface area in light winds.

Racing Deck Gear Package

Aero stanchions, pushpit and pulpit, an ergonomic deck layout, straight led running rigging and performance Harken winches and Spinlock clutches are just some of the details that give the Ker 33 its pure racing spirit.

Hailing from Poole, Dorset – from a very young age, sailing and particularly racing have been in Sam’s DNA.

Since joining the Ancasta team in 2012, he has built the race boat division into one of the Worlds leading brokerage houses for used racing yachts and has been approached to represent both McConaghy Boats and MAT Yachts for new builds, as well as full custom build projects.

With an engineering degree in Yacht and Powercraft design, he has the technical knowhow, coupled with high-level professional race experience in One Design, Grand Prix and rated yachts , to really guide both buyers and sellers on their racing journey and sales strategy.

Experienced offshore and with multiple National Championship titles to his name, most recently in his own J24, he simply loves talking race boats and finding out what clients aspirations are.
