Terms and Conditions:
The Ancasta Autumn Used Boat Collection -3rd – 12th Oct 2014
Boats can be listed at any time up until the start date of the event (3rd Oct 14).
Vendors can list their boats with the Ancasta office of their choice (UK only).
For boats to appear in the printed Event catalogue, the boat listing must be complete by Monday 18th August (landing date 8th September).
Boats entered after the 18th August will feature in the online catalogue only plus portals, emails and other online platforms for the event.
All boats will be featured in the online catalogue.
Entry to this promotional event is free of charge.
Storage agreements are negotiatied for each marina, please contact the relevant office for more details on storage deals during and after the promotion if required.
Standard Ancasta brokerage fees remain.
Boat deposit and contract to be agreed within time period: 3rd – 12th Oct 2014
1 month delayed mortgage repayment of any SGB agreed finance deal.
Berthing up to 20% subject to availability & location, for new contracts only.
Refund of structural survey only (additional add-ons & travel at purchaser’s cost).
Minimum agreed sale price £50,000.
Refund of survey and lift/launch costs upon completion of sale.
It is the right of Ancasta International Boat Sales as the promotion organiser to refuse, delist or withdraw any boat at any time from this promotion.
