Stuart Brotherton – Sales Network Director
Stuart Brotherton is our new Ancasta Sales Network Director, overseeing the management and development of our 22 brokerage offices across the UK and Europe. Stuart, who joined us in 2015 as Brand Manager for Beneteau, brings extensive marine industry sales experience and will play a crucial role in driving the development of our franchise network.
James Douch – Beneteau Sail Brand Manager
James Douch is stepping into the role of Beneteau Sail Brand Manager, succeeding Stuart. Since joining Ancasta in 2015, he has made great strides, progressing from a broker in our Lymington office to Brokerage Office Manager. In his new role, he will focus on new boat sales within Beneteau’s distinguished range of cruising and performance sailing yachts and strengthen our long-standing relationship with Beneteau.

Sam Room – Beneteau Power Brand Manager
In addition to heading up the Prestige Yachts brand for Ancasta, Sam Room will now oversee Beneteau Power sales. This development reinforces Sam’s position as Ancasta’s in-house authority on high-end powerboat sales. Since joining Ancasta as a broker at the Port Solent office in 2016, Sam has steadily advanced through the company, becoming Brokerage Office Manager in 2017 before being promoted to Prestige Brand Manager in 2020.

Oliver Windsor – Lymington Brokerage Office Manager
The Lymington Brokerage Office Manager role has been assigned to Oliver Windsor, who joined Ancasta in 2021 as a broker at the Port Hamble office. Holding a master’s degree in international management, and with high-level internships in the UK and overseas, Oliver has developed expertise in client relations, sales, and business management. These skills, along with his passion for the marine sector, makes him the ideal person to lead the Lymington brokerage team.
