A scaled-down version of the AC75, the AC40 gives private owners access to the latest America’s Cup technology and performance for the first time in sailing history as a new One Design circuit is born.

Designed and built as a test platform for America’s Cup teams and the boat of choice for the Women’s and Youth America’s cup in 2024, the AC40 is the fastest 40ft sailing monohull yacht ever built. 

Presented by Emirates Team New Zealand (ETNZ) and McConaghy Boats, it is the culmination of six years of experience and development from the ETNZ design team. Ancasta has a long-term relationship with McConaghy Boats, selling their innovative race boats and multihulls for over 20 years, so is the perfect partner to help develop this exciting new class.
