This is a rare chance to own a custom-built European centre cockpit pilothouse yacht. Built by Northshore Yacht Yards and designed by Dick Carter, this Southerly 115 features a Swing Keel, allowing for an ultra-shallow draft of just 2’3” while reaching 8’1” when fully lowered. GREHAN is equipped with a Yanmar 34HP engine, fully serviced steering system (2022), and a new keel pennant (2021). Additional features include a Sleipner Side Power 55HP bow thruster, Raymarine navigation suite, a spacious open-plan interior with a raised galley, and an inside piloting position.

The first Southerly 115 was launched in 1982 with over 200 Southerly 115 built until 2007.
During this time it went through four updates, with 'SEDNA' being an MK II version, built in 1990.
