The Nautitech 44 was awarded Yacht of the Year award in 2023, and is praised for her strong sailing performance an extensive and comfortable living space. This almost new Nautitech has one of the highest spec. options that I have seen on similar boats. She is suitable for both chartering and private use. Nicely placed in Croatia for great sailing.
