Broker Comments
We sold this boat to the current owner in 2017 so we know a lot more about this boat than most of the other brokerage listings that Ancasta sells. The first owner (a Belgian who kept her in Croatia) was pernicketty to the extreme. So much so that ,when it came to boat survey time for the current current owner during his purchase, he made the (very untypical) decision to pass on it: so confident was he in the Belgian's standards that he knew that any issues would have been addressed. He was proved right and he has had the pleasure of 6 trouble free years with only minor maintenance issues to address. Of course at Ancasta we always recommend that purchasers avail themselves of a survey but the current owner is also an engineer, so you can have every confidence that these initial standards still apply.I took the opportunity of a personal trip to Stockholm to check out Minoi for myself in July as boats kept 'at the bottom of the garden' have a tendency to fall into the 'managed decline' trap. This is very much not the case with Minoi. In fact it is fair to say in all my time in yacht sales, I have never seen a better looked after brokerage boat.
