Hull built with pre-preg fibreglass fabrics in epoxy, vacuum cured with Corecell foam.

Bulkheads laminated to hull and deck combined with very strong galvanized steel matrix in hull floor.

Hand laid deck with sandwich construction affording enhanced thermal and sound insulation.
