Comfortable, solid and elegant, this Hallberg-Rassy 39 Mark 2 was built in June 2001 to the exceptional designs of German Frers
'Jupita' is well adept for longer ocean passages and offers a fabulous opportunity for those seeking a dependable, comfortable and capable vessel for extended voyages.
Having been owned since 2007, she has been cruised extensively by her current owners, delighting with Frers pedigree performance.
She has been lovingly maintained with a recent new mainsail, sprayhood and cockpit tent enclosure.
Her standing rigging was renewed December 2024.
She has an extensive inventory including bow thruster, electric primary winches, heating and an extra cold fridge.
Her interior is fabulously spacious and offers excellent space, comfort and excellent storage.

The interior finish of 'Jupita' is typical of any Hallberg-Rassy 39. Finished to a superb standard in light mahogany with a matt silk finish, she has a feeling of space and quality.
The floor is varnished teak with inlaid holly stripes, largely covered with carpet.
Saloon ceiling has panelling with mahogany stripes.
Upholstery on all berths resting on unvarnished well-ventilated boards to avoid condensation.
Hatches in foredeck, heads compartment, saloon and aft cabin (All with Oceanair flyscreen/blackout screen).

Hallberg-Rassy 39 was built from 1991 until 2003. A total of 209 boats were built. Number 1-54 (between 1991 and 1994) were the Mark I, number 55-209 (between 1994-2003) were Mark II. The main difference between Mk I and Mk II, is that the Mk I has a traditional transom and the Mk II has a developed transom with built in bathing platform. The rest of the hull, keel, rudder, engine and sailplan remained the same."...this yacht has the proper makings of an offshore cruising yacht. Below, the mahogany interior is flawlessly joined and meticulously finished, a hallmark of Hallberg-Rassy yachts... Not readily visible are the tell-tale signs of Hallberg-Rassy above-average engineering and building methods, lurking unseen behind the fine joinery below. The builder's reputation for excellence translates into good resale value... My experience with Hallberg-Rassy has convinced me that sailboats can make beautiful, safe homes.
