Overview

Hull #5 of the very successful Bordeaux 60 range by CNB. She has in-boom furling by LeisureFurl combined with a furling genoa and removable staysail on a self-tacking track which make the powerful rig easy to handle even when short-handed. Standing rigging replaced in 2019. The optional lead 2.95m keel helps make her a joy to sail. The Briand designed hull has a great reputation for sea-keeping and pace while keeping things simple if short-handed. Domestic and world cruising inventory includes an Iridium phone, washer/dryer and upgraded 11 kVA gen-set to run her 60,000 BTU reverse cycle air-conditioning. Owner's cabin has the optional centreline island bed, this example has the two guest suites aft as well as a saloon conversion and twin crew berths in the bow cabin. Good sail wardrobe for fast cruising as well as the occasional regatta or CNB Rendezvous. She completed the ARC in 2019, finishing second in class while winning her class in the 2008 ARC. Many more photos available on request.
