Built by Multiplast, ‘Influence’ is a fantastic example of a VPLP Clak 40. This high performance and reliable boat has been campaigned in 2022 in Les 1000 milles des Sables and went on to achieve a 1 st in the Round Ireland Race. With the ubiquitous scow bow this boat has been designed to perform fast and efficiently on all points of sail. She has three separate ballast tanks per side to optimise trim and with the mast stepped behind the keel this allows for excellent balance and control from the lifting twin rudders.

Built by Multiplast, ‘Influence’ is a fantastic example of a VPLP Clak 40, designed by VPLP.

This Clak40 is the only generation of Class40 that meets the European accident keel crash requirements and has been designed to be sailed safely in any weather and sea. ‘Influence’ has been maintained by 2 full time professional personnel and has been equipped and maintained to the highest standards with no expense spared. She comes with a comprehensive and detailed inventory including new Z Spars carbon rigging, new engine and new North Sails. She will be available for purchase post Route du Rhum.
