Overview

Playing Around Too is a 2006 Beneteau Oceanis 50. With space to sleep six in three double cabins and two heads with electric toilets, she presents as a spacious and well-equipped boat. Powered by a 75hp Yanmar, she has a teak cockpit, side decks, and foredeck as well as bow thruster, radar, and full Raymarine navigation equipment. Internally, she is fitted with Eberspacher heating, full LED lighting, 3KW inverter, and an Android Smart TV. Standing rigging renewed 2021. Other extras include new solar panels, wind generator, Watt & Sea hydro-generator, 60L/h watermaker, Hydrovane self-steer system, washing machine, Caframo fans (2021) in all cabins, additional mainsail (unused), cruising chute and Sparcraft whisker pole (2021). A new (2022) AB aluminium rib and 9.8HP Tohatsu is also available as an option. All safety equipment renewed in 2021 including 8 man ocean specification life-raft, EPIRB, lifejackets and PLBs. She took part in ARC 2021, came 5th in class and has now completed an Atlantic circuit. ARC ready. Overall, she is a fantastic blue water cruiser with proven high-quality sailing and a high specification.
