You will fall in love with this beautifully presented Fairline Phantom 40. 'North Star' is in excellent condition with an immaculate interior. She has been very lightly used (only 400 engine hours as of July 2021) and has been very well maintained. A viewing is highly recommended, she will not disappoint.

2 private cabins with two very large adjoining full facility bathrooms including fully-enclosed walk-in shower units.

The master cabin forward has a centreline double berth with drawers beneath and a full-height wardrobe. There are mirrors on the headboard and main access door.
There are portholes either side of the bed with a large hatch centrally located overhead. All hatches have curtains or black-out blinds.
The private ensuite to the master cabin is large with a toilet, wash basin and separate shower unit. There is an opening porthole for ventilation.

The guest cabin is located on the Starboard side and comprises of two full size single berths. There are two opening port holes in this room and an enormous wardrobe.
There is a direct connecting door from this cabin to another large bathroom that is also fully equipped with toilet, wash basin and another large closed shower unit.
This bathroom also has door access in the hallway leading to the master cabin for day use by guests.

In the saloon the large settee to starboard has a pull-out double sofa bed.

On the port side there is a two seater settee next to the TV and DVD player

The saloon soft furnishings are in Polar White leather upholstery and the main sweeping windows provide a great deal of light and visibility. The main windows have custom privacy blinds.

*note the flooring has protective carpet over the base carpet layer and the American cherry joinery and woodwork is in immaculate condition.

There is an expanding dining table in the centre of the main settee and D5LC Eberspacher heating throughout that feeds to all cabins.

The galley work top is Copper Canyon and has a two burner gas hob and separate oven and grill.

The Aft Cockpit
The aft deck has a long bench seat and a transom door that leads to the large swim platform.
There is a full cockpit enclosure awning / canopy for winter comfort and protection.
The swim platform has an integrated ladder and the whole aft section has ample storage lockers and surface area for toys.
There is a hot and cold water transom shower on the swim platform.
