Overview

One of the few remaining Fairey Spearfish (Spear Mk II) – an inspiring example of the Fairey Marine powerboat, built with outstanding sea-keeping capabilities, superb performance and easy handling, in 1978. In 2008, Miss Daisy was fitted with 2 Cummins 480HP inboard diesels, and has been timed at over 40 knots. She also benefits from recent electronics updates, including Simrad chartplotter, Erberspacher heating and neat accommodation for two. She has been lovingly maintained, and in 2020 benefited from a complete renewal of her gel coat, finished with Awlgrip. Annual maintenance and antifouling has just been completed, making this a wonderful opportunity for anyone looking to indulge a passion for classic boat ownership, and make a fast start to the 2022 season.

With less than 25 of her kind remaining, Spearfish rarely come on the market, and this magnificent example is well worth viewing. Currently lying afloat in Dartmouth, viewings are by appointment through the Dartmouth office: please call +44 (0) 1803 752498 or email: dartmouth@ancasta.com
