When purchasing a used boat, we recommend commissioning a marine survey before finalising a deal. Choose a surveyor who is a member of the Yacht Designers and Surveyors Association (YDSA) to carry out a thorough inspection of the boat to ensure there aren’t any obvious issues with the structure of the vessel.
