Part Exchange
As one of Europe’s leading boat sales companies, Ancasta represents some of the best boat brands in the world; Benetau Sail, Beneteau Power, Prestige motor yachts and the world’s biggest production boat builder, Lagoon catamarans. When our clients purchase these new craft they sometimes use their current boat as part payment – often referred to as ‘part exchange’. These boats are then owned by Ancasta, and as we own them, we can then take other boats in part payment against them.
Recent examples of boats taken in stock are a Beneteau Oceanis 38, Elan 434, Nimbus 350, Sealine F42/5, Prestige 500 and a Beneteau Oceanis 473. The criteria for boats that Ancasta will consider against these are usually 12 years or younger, Europe-based and they must have full, clear ownership paperwork including RCD and VAT status paperwork. Should a deal proceed then Ancasta will also reserve the right to have a full survey of your vessel (at our cost of course).
