Overview

Beat the factory queue and own a brand new Lagoon 46 catamaran through Ancasta and Navigare Yachting. The boat will be ready for the 2021 Mediterranean season, with the option to receive a guaranteed return on your investment.

Ancasta and Navigare Yachting can offer up to three investment programs tailored to suit the needs of their investors. Not only does each investor have the opportunity to enjoy wonderful sailing holidays, but the chance to make a return from yacht ownership. Please note we can only offer two finance options for Greece.

Option 1. COMPLETE FINANCE. You loan Navigare the full purchase price €572,885 of the new boat and receive a fixed revenue of €51,944 from years 1-5 and €38,189 in years 6-7.

Option 2. SMART FINANCE. You pay a one off payment of €294,448 and the charter income will pay off the remainder of the yacht. (This is the advertised listing price)

In addition, you also have the option to have the Lagoon 46 in either Croatia or Mallorca with slightly different prices:

Option 1. COMPLETE FINANCE. You loan Navigare the full purchase price €572,885 of the new boat and receive a fixed revenue of €42,915 from years 1-5 and €38,189 in years 6-7.

Option 2. SMART FINANCE. You pay a one off payment of €360,378 and the charter income will pay off the remainder of the yacht.

Option 3. SMART-LOW 2 FINANCE. Alternatively, you could pay a lower first payment of €301,845 with a balloon payment after 7 years of €83,933. The revenue is used to pay off the remaining cost of the boat.

For all options, there are no additional costs over the 7 year duration in fleet. You will get a number of charter rental options in high, medium or low seasons on your own, or any other boat in the fleet of the same value. These holidays are to the value of €28,644 p.a. over the 7 year period in the fleet. Alternatively, swap your charter allowance points for vacations such as ski chalet holidays or resort destinations - your's to choose!
