Beat the factory queue and own a new Lagoon 40 elevated helm catamaran through Ancasta+Navigare Yachting. There are two boats available - one four cabin and one three cabin and both will be ready this Autumn for the 2019/20 Caribbean season with a guaranteed return on your investment.

Ancasta+Navigare Yachting offer three investment programs tailored to suit the needs of their investors. Not only does each investor have the opportunity to enjoy wonderful sailing holidays, but the chance to make an investment return from yacht ownership.

Option 1. COMPLETE FINANCE. You loan Navigare the full purchase price €438,815 of the new boat and receive a fixed revenue of €39,001 every year. You will also have access to their holiday programme value €21,941 every year during the term of the agreement. At the end of the agreement the boat is yours. The advertised price is this option - full purchase price less 7 years of fixed revenue.

Option 2. SMART FINANCE. You pay a low one off payment of €219,408 (50% of boat price) and the charter income pays off the remainder of the yacht.

Option 3. SMART-LOW FINANCE. Alternatively you could pay a lower first payment of €241,770 with a balloon payment after 5 years of €61,434, you will then receive an annual return on your investment in years 6 & 7 of €39,001 per annum. This option ties up less capital, but there is no annual return to the investor, the revenue is used to pay off the remaining cost of the boat. At the end of the term the boat is also yours.

For Complete and Smart-Low options, there are no additional costs over the 7 year duration in fleet. You will get a number of charter rental options in high, medium or low seasons on your own, or any other boat in the fleet of the same value. These holidays are to the value of €21,941 p.a. over the 7 year period in the fleet. Alternatively, swap your charter allowance points for vacations such as ski chalet holidays or resort destinations - yours to choose!

At the end of the agreement term, the boat is yours to sail away, sell off, or even trade up, whichever programme you choose. Contact Tim or Charlie for full details at Ancasta Hamble ++ 44 (0) 23 8045 0000 or

The sail area has been significantly increased in comparison with her predecessor, the 39, which in conjunction with some significant weight savings results in a much improved sailing performance in the lighter airs.

Situating the mast at the centre of gravity of the boat reduces the pitching effect while creating enough space for a self-tacking genoa, so upwind sailing could not be easier.

The increased mast height of the 40 creates an impressive sail area to displacement ratio of 4.17, similar to the Lagoon 42. Despite this the boom remains manageably short, which means it's easy to reef and to control in a gybe.

The Navigare spec includes the upgraded fully battened Dacron square top main sail and furling genoa.

The 40 interior is based on her predecessor, the Lagoon 39, but with some key refinements. As we have come to expect from Lagoon the saloon and cabins employ plenty of timber to provide a really cosy feeling on board. The cabins are exceptionally spacious and well laid out. Headroom has been increased and careful use of LED mood lighting further improves the ambience on board. The saloon / galley features a large front-opening fridge, an optional top-loading fridge or freezer and a sliding navigator’s seat to provide extra seating around the dining table. A classic Lagoon feature, the galley faces aft to the cockpit for practical and social living.

There are two boats available - one four cabin and one three cabin and both will be ready this Autumn for the 2019/20 Caribbean season with a guaranteed return on your investment.
