We are delighted to present the opportunity to own a share of this brand new Beneteau Oceanis 40.1 as part of the Ancasta Shared Ownership Program. Enabling you to considerably reduce your upfront and running costs, whilst enjoying turn key sailing without the usual hassles of boat ownership. This truly is the future of boating; where outlay and depreciation are equal to your time spent aboard. You can own quarter, third or half of this boat through our program and we will take care of the rest!

The below pricing example was based off berthing in Port Hamble Marina in 2020 and the prices below are subject to change until order, and you have the option to decide on the location of your boat, whether that be in the UK or abroad.
- Quarter share deposit - £28,199.07
- Quarter Share Monthly Payments - £818.92
- Third share deposit - £37,598.76
- Third Share Monthly Payments - £1,091.89
- Half Share Deposit - £56,398.14
- Half Share Monthly Payments - £1,637.83

These figures cover all the costs of ownership including; finance, berthing, insurance, servicing, maintenance, winterisation, cleaning, and more. You will have a Boat Manager, who will take care of the daily running of the boat, including servicing and administration, so the owners can sit back and enjoy their time aboard. We have also factored in a contingency to cover any unforeseen costs that may arise during the 3-year Partnership Agreement.

At the end of the agreed period, you may either decide to continue on with the agreement, or you may wish to upgrade or move on. In such a case Ancasta offers a guaranteed buyback of the yacht, giving you peace of mind that you have an end date and won't be spending more than the agreed amount.

We have developed this program to take all the stress out of boat ownership, leaving you with a brand new boat in turn-key condition to enjoy with family and friends - stress free! To read more about our Shared Ownership program visit
